We are looking for Product Management talent to join our India-based team. You will work in a diverse, dual-based team with US- and India-based team members, accomplished individuals with degrees from top institutions such as the University of California, Berkeley, the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, IITs, NITs, etc.

You will work with colleagues from Amazon Web Services, Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, Citigroup, Oracle, PwC, PayPal, Snowflake, Okta, Cisco, ADP, and many others. This role will be reporting into the US Based Product Management leader for AP and AR products.

As a Product Manager, you will be part of the product management team that builds AI teammates for the office of the CFO. Auditoria’s customers are large, global, Fortune 1000 companies.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver customer-focused products that meet market needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be hands-on and learn how products work in depth so that you can contribute to the growth and enhancement of existing products. This includes demoing the product internally and externally, defining metrics, capturing usage data, and monitoring AI teammates’ performance against stated business objectives.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to document business and functional requirements. Translate complex business needs into detailed product specifications.
  • Work with engineering in developing products: This includes writing user stories with business requirements and acceptance criteria, working with engineering to plan and execute against requirements, observing engineering demos and providing feedback, and working with QA to build test plans.
  • Assist in Product Launches: New product is released every two weeks, and this role would help coordinate with marketing to create product collateral and assist in enabling field teams to use new products and new features.
  • Work with field teams including professional services and customer success: This includes helping new customers deploy products in their environment and ensuring success of customers over time contributing to renewals and expansion.
  • Market & Competitive Research: Conduct research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive products to identify opportunities for new features and product improvements.
  • Business Case Development: Assist the Product Manager in developing business cases for new product features, including ROI analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and revenue impact projections.
  • Performance Tracking: Help define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor product performance post-launch to ensure they meet business goals.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a business analysis or product management role, preferably within a product-driven organization or tech startup.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including verbal presentation and written (email, PowerPoint, docx).
  • Understanding of how generative AI works and can be applied to real-life business use cases.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong analytical skills—you’re comfortable working with large data sets, conducting deep analysis, and turning insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Data Analytics, or other BI tools) and a strong understanding of key product metrics.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills—you can clearly articulate requirements and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset, the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, and Google Workspace.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Accounting and Finance business processes is a plus.
  • Experience working with ERP and other finance systems (Workday, NetSuite, Coupa, etc.).
