Job Description

This role is for a Senior Professional Services (PS) Architect in our Professional Services organization, reporting to the Vice President and Customer Success leader.

You will be responsible for successfully implementing Auditoria with Enterprise Customers worldwide.

You are expected to be an expert in Auditoria’s platform, our products for AP and AR, and how our customers use them.

Your day-to-day will be spent on multiple projects, planning, maturing/maintaining a repeatable and measurable deployment methodology, and executing implementation tasks. You will be required to cover a large portion of US-based working hours.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in client-facing Professional Services roles, with a successful track record of implementing SaaS applications with Fortune 1000 companies that have complex IT and business environments. Projects must include implementations of SaaS applications and integrations with systems used by the Office of the CFO (Controllership, FP&A, Treasury), such as ERPs, procurement systems, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including email, diagrams, documents, slides), excellent written and spoken English
Domain knowledge in procure to pay, order to cash, record to report business processes for verticals such as tech, finance, high education, healthcare, manufacturing, services
Fast learner with excellent hands-on technical skills in both business applications and productivity apps (Microsoft Office apps, Lucid, Jira, Google Workspace), with a proven track of learning by doing.
Preferred certifications: Workday Financial Management, Oracle NetSuite, SAP
Experience with multi-tenant SaaS delivery model
Advanced understanding of Enterprise Email systems, including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, Email routing and filtering, Email protocols,
Deep experience with system integrations including authentication, authorization, data transfer (create/read/update/delete), API, SFTP, OAuth
Experience with business processes, operating procedures, business process change management, workflow automation
Flexibility for work hours overlapping with Pacific time US hours for six+ hours daily.
Preferably based in Hyderabad, India.
