About The Company
Founders today are building global companies from day one — but the systems that manage their money were built for a different era. Aspire exists to change that!
We’re building the financial operating system for global founders, bringing banking, software, and automation into a single platform so businesses can move faster across borders and stay focused on building.
Aspire is built by people who think from first principles, care deeply about solving hard problems, and take real ownership of their work. Our team brings global experience from leading fintech and technology companies, and many of us are former founders and operators who understand what it takes to build thoughtfully, make trade-offs, and deliver at scale in a global environment.
Backed by leading global investors including Y Combinator, Peak XV, and Lightspeed, Aspire has been trusted by more than 50,000 startups and growing businesses worldwide to manage their finances since 2018. Together with partners like J.P. Morgan, Visa, and Wise, we’re building for the next generation of global companies.
About The Role
We’re looking for a Channel Partnerships Manager to specifically own, scale, and manage our Incorporation Channel in the US. In this role, you will focus on building deep strategic relationships with the critical ecosystem of formation platforms, legal tech providers, corporate law firms, and international expansion consultants who help global founders set up their US entities. Because entity formation is the entry point for a founder's financial journey, this role is at the absolute forefront of Aspire's US growth strategy.
Based in San Francisco, you will work closely with the US and Partnership leadership teams to identify, build, and scale high-impact incorporation partnerships across the fintech, accounting, startup, and SMB ecosystem.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys building from zero-to-one, and wants direct visibility into company growth and strategy.
You will own partner acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation across the incorporation channel ecosystem in the US market.
What You’ll Do
By submitting this application, I confirm that all the information given by me in this application for employment and any additional documents attached hereto are true to the best of my knowledge and that I have not wilfully suppressed any material fact. You will own partner acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation across the incorporation channel ecosystem in the US market.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Incorporation Channel Ecosystem: Identify, recruit, and manage a high-impact portfolio of strategic partners including online entity formation platforms, corporate law firms, legal tech providers, and international expansion accelerators who guide cross-border founders through US incorporation.
- Drive Top-of-Funnel Acquisition: Build structured referral, co-marketing, and co-sell programs with incorporation partners to capture new businesses at the precise moment they set up their US entities, establishing Aspire as their day-one banking and financial operating system.
- Develop Partner Programs & Co-Marketing: Collaborate with partners to design joint go-to-market plans, launch founder-focused educational initiatives (e.g., workshops, webinars, and guides on US corporate structuring and banking), and negotiate mutually beneficial commercial or revenue-sharing arrangements.
- Enable and Educate Partners: Ensure partner teams—ranging from product managers at legal tech companies to lawyers at firm structures—fully understand Aspire's cross-border value proposition, embedding Aspire seamlessly into the incorporation onboarding journey.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to build smooth handoff processes for incoming founders, ensuring high account activation rates and a flawless onboarding experience.
- Track & Optimize Performance: Maintain a healthy partner pipeline, rigorously monitoring key metrics such as partner-sourced leads, account activation rates, and revenue contribution using CRM tools (HubSpot).
- Feed Market Insights Back to Product: Serve as the voice of the incorporation ecosystem, collecting insights on regulatory changes (such as EIN processing or corporate transparency rules) and customer pain points to help Product and Compliance continuously refine Aspire's US onboarding and cross-border features.
- Design and Lead High-Intent Ecosystem Events: Organize and host targeted partner and community initiatives—such as legal/fintech roundtables, cross-border founder dinners, and educational workshops—focused on critical top-of-funnel topics like US market entry, entity structuring, compliance, and global payments.
- 5+ years of experience in channel partnerships, strategic partnerships, business development, or ecosystem growth within fintech, banking, SaaS, or B2B technology
- Direct exposure or strong familiarity with the incorporation and entity formation landscape (e.g., working with legal tech, corporate law firms, accelerators, or tools that help international founders secure US entities, EINs, and business structures).
- Proven track record of building and scaling revenue-generating partnerships
- Experience operating with high autonomy in a fast-paced, zero-to-one startup or scale-up environment.
- Exceptional relationship-building, discovery, and stakeholder management skills—capable of aligning with executive product leaders or managing legal partners.
- Analytical, data-driven approach to tracking partner performance and discovering pipeline bottlenecks.
- Based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area
- Opportunity to help build Aspire’s US growth story from an early stage
- High visibility and direct collaboration with leadership
- Fast-moving, entrepreneurial culture with global scale ambitions
- Competitive compensation including bonus, equity, and benefits
- Work alongside a global team serving 50,000+ businesses worldwide
