About The Role
We're hiring a Senior Account Executive to own end-to-end sales for Aspire's Employer of Record (EOR) product. This is a hunter role for a proven closer, someone who doesn't wait for pipeline to land in their lap, but goes out and builds it.
You will own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and outbound outreach to running complex, multi-stakeholder deals and driving them to close. You'll work with founders, CFOs, and HR leaders navigating international expansion, cross-border hiring, and compliance complexity and you'll be their trusted advisor through it all.
This is the right role for you if you've closed deals at other EOR players and you're ready to bring that playbook to a high-growth fintech with a differentiated product.

What You'll Do
- Outbound Prospecting & Pipeline Generation
- Build and own your own outbound pipeline through cold outreach, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and partner channels
- Identify and target high-fit accounts: startups, scaling SMBs, and mid-market companies with cross-border hiring needs in SG, HK and the broader APAC region
- Develop a territory plan and execute it with discipline: tracking activity, pipeline health, and conversion rates in CRM
- Collaborate with Marketing to amplify outbound efforts, but hold yourself accountable for pipeline generation regardless
- Full-Cycle Deal Ownership
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from first outreach to signed contract
- Run structured discovery to uncover hiring needs, compliance challenges, headcount growth plans, and key decision-making dynamics
- Deliver compelling product demos and tailor value propositions for each stakeholder - HR, Finance, Founders.
- Handle commercial negotiation, pricing conversations, and contract sign-off with minimal escalation
- Consultative Expertise
- Serve as the go-to expert on EOR, global payroll, cross-border compliance, and Aspire's product suite
- Proactively identify triggers for EOR adoption: market expansion, remote-first hiring strategies, cost optimisation, compliance risk reduction
- Advise prospects on country-specific nuances, employment law considerations, and Aspire's coverage across 50+ countries
- Customer Handoff & Early Success
- Ensure a smooth transition from closed-won to onboarding, collaborating closely with Customer Success and Operations
- Remain engaged during early customer lifecycle to protect NRR and drive expansion opportunities
- GTM Collaboration & Feedback Loop
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Product to sharpen positioning, surface product gaps, and refine ICP
- Maintain clean CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and detailed deal notes so the whole team benefits from your deal intelligence
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS or HRTech/EOR/Payroll sales experience, with at least 2 years in a full-cycle AE role
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota with specific deal examples you can speak to
- Strong outbound muscle: you've built pipeline from scratch, not just worked inbound queues
- Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with ACV of USD 30K+ annually
- Excellent communication and executive presence - you're comfortable pitching to a CFO or CEO
- Based in Singapore or India, with the ability to meet customers in-person when needed
- Prior experience at Deel, Remote, Multiplier, Rippling, Velocity Global, Papaya Global, or a comparable EOR/HRTech company
- Deep familiarity with EOR, cross-border payroll, global employment compliance, or international HR
- Experience selling into the APAC and/or South Asia market - understanding buyer personas, decision cycles, and regional nuances
- Comfort using data and CRM analytics to drive forecasting and prioritise opportunities
- Ability to run webinars, roundtables, or in-person events to build pipeline and brand presence
