About the role:

Strategy & Operations is where Aspire’s biggest priorities meet execution.

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven leader to lead cross-functional initiatives from inception to delivery.

You will work closely with senior leadership, department heads, and external stakeholders to drive strategic projects that align with company goals — on time, within scope, and on budget.

This role offers great visibility within the company and opportunity to work with all departments & functions.

You report to the COO.

Responsibilities:

Drive continuous improvements strategies & roadmaps for corporate functions in collaboration with functional heads.

Design & manage implementation of strategic projects.

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, success metrics, detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams across multiple departments.

Track and communicate project status, escalations, and decisions to senior leadership and executive sponsors.

Lead work streams related to long-term business planning such as goal setting, performance management, resource forecasting processes.

Partner with cross-functional teams to align strategy, targets, and execution.

Develop business cases, scenario models, and ROI analyses for key initiatives.

Prepare executive-level presentations and planning materials.

What we are looking for?

7+ years experience. Of which at least 3 years experience in business planning or project management.

Previous experience in startup and/or consulting

Strong quantitative & analytical skills.

Strong communication skills & ability to work with stakeholders from junior to

C-levelAdaptability in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Problem-solving and ability to deliver output under pressure
