About the role:
As a Credit Underwriting Analyst in Aspire, your main scope is to assist the Risk team of Aspire in 2 main areas: Portfolio analysis and policy enactment.
- Prepare, underwrite & analyze Credit risk reports; give recommendations to support the decision making in risk management, credit approvals & in credit pipeline development.
- Analyze and make improvements to Credit risk scorecards.
- Analyze and make improvements to Credit Risk operational processes.
- Ensure Credit risk policies and SOPs are well documented.
- Support stakeholders to ensure Risk policies are well implemented.
- Perform other ad-hoc based tasks.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in finance, banking, statistics, math or related fields
- 1-2 years of experience in credit review analysis, auditing or credit portfolio analysis
- Passionate about the fintech industry and start-up culture fit
- Positive attitude and good self-motivation
- Analytical mindset with strong communication skills, and the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment
- Fluent English communication skill
