We’re looking for a high-energy Account Executive to drive inbound sales for Aspire’s Global Hiring & Payroll product. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, thrives on high-quality inbound leads, and wants ownership from first conversation to successful onboarding.
You’ll act as a hybrid hunter–farmer: qualifying and converting inbound demand while ensuring customers successfully launch and scale on EOR. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects exploring global hiring—and a trusted advisor guiding them through complex compliance and payroll decisions.
This role offers real deal ownership, strong collaboration with product and ops teams, and the opportunity to build deep expertise in a high-demand global SaaS + services space.

What You’ll Do
- Inbound Sales & Conversion
- Own and manage inbound leads for Aspire’s Global Hiring & Payroll product
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer hiring needs, geographies, and compliance challenges
- Deliver compelling product demos and solution walkthroughs
- Qualify, progress, and close high-intent leads into paying EOR customers
- Customer Onboarding & Success
- Support customers through EOR onboarding—from contract signing to first employee activation
- Ensure timely deposit payments, payroll setup, and ongoing monthly payroll execution
- Act as the customer’s point of contact during early lifecycle to ensure a smooth and successful launch
- Consultative Selling & Cross-Functional Work
- Identify triggers for EOR adoption (international expansion, remote hiring, cost optimization)
- Collaborate with product, operations, and compliance experts to close complex deals
- Accurately maintain CRM data, forecasts, and pipeline hygiene
- 2+ years of experience in Inbound Sales, Inside Sales, or Account Management
- Experience selling B2B SaaS, Fintech, HRTech, or Services-led products
- Proven ability to run discovery calls, demos, and close deals independently
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Customer-first mindset with a bias toward ownership and execution
- Exposure to Employer of Record, Payroll, HRTech, or Global Hiring solutions
- Experience selling multi-product or SaaS + services offerings
- Comfort working with data, reports, and dashboards (Excel, CRM analytics)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and automation/AI-driven lead management
- Experience presenting on webinars or virtual sales events
