About The Role

About The Role:

  • Upsell and cross-sell Aspire services (EOR, Spend, Treasury, Accounting) across new and existing accounts
  • Provide product walkthroughs and coordinate demos with prospective leads
  • Proactively manage portfolio churn via high-touch engagement with key accounts in different geographies
  • Drive the adoption of higher subscription tiers
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and partners to improve lead quality and conversion insights.
  • Provide feedback to product teams on customer patterns and objections

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Inbound Sales or Account Management, preferably in Fintech, SaaS, or B2B platforms.
  • Proven track record of spotting opportunities to sell multi-product solutions (e.g., SaaS + Services).
  • Strong presentation skills (comfortable presenting on webinars) and the ability to articulate complex financial or operational concepts.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and find the best solution to the problems at hand

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience handling complex data and visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Databricks)
  • Prior exposure to automation and AI in the context of CRM and leads management
  • Proficiency in Mandarin
