The Team

The Growth Marketing team is responsible for growing our members through paid and organic strategies, which include digital marketing, lifecycle, SEO, among other channels and strategies. We break down the walls between channels and take a growth-minded view towards user acquisition and engagement. We are a lean team that is built on a high trust culture that emphasizes ownership, communication, and the ability to break down walls to turn ideas into reality.

As our Growth Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in enabling and multiplying our capabilities by improving the accuracy and visibility of our marketing team’s execution, and automating many aspects of our operations as possible. The ideal candidate should be an analytical and technical individual with a passion for automation and systems.

What You Will Do

  • Marketing conversion tracking: configure conversion signals from our product to our partners in order to ensure accuracy. Navigate conversion parameter specifics, evaluate discrepancies, and implement fixes and refinements

  • Configure reporting dashboards and analytics for the marketing team

  • Help automate manual operations and processes

  • Perform analyses to identify conversion and growth opportunities

  • Oversee user comms operations (EDMs, push notifications) and automation

  • Own our marketing tracking setup and attribution methodology

  • Work with engineers and product teams to identify needs, scope requirements, and guide / QA implementation

  • Own our marketing tech roadmap and oversee its phasing/deployment

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of marketing operations experience, with experience in martech

  • You are a technically minded problem-solver that can navigate technical problems and data relay systems

  • Have experience designing and implementing end-to-end operational processes with appropriate controls

  • Ability to write basic scripts, building basic webhooks in order to integrate various marketing systems, such as Amplitude, Zapier, Braze, FB/Google

  • Digital ad platforms: Meta/FB Ads, Google Ads, affiliate tracking

  • Conversion tracking tools: Zapier, Google Tag Manager

  • Analytics tools: Amplitude, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience

  • Based in Singapore. You must be authorized to work in Singapore

  • Bonus: Experience with digital marketing channels and campaigns
