AlphaLife Sciences is looking for an Account Manager to support our growing Life Sciences SaaS business:

This roles require adaptability to a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and the ability to collaborate across functions to drive commercial success.

Location

Based in the Eastern U.S.; open to candidates willing to relocate to the region.

The Account Manager will be responsible for expanding our market presence across Europe.

What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to team sales goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Drive account growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of AlphaLife Sciences’ solutions.
  • Develop and execute account plans tailored to each client’s objectives and transformation goals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activities, opportunities, notes, contacts, and client communications in AlphaLife Sciences’ CRM.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry associations, and events as needed.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment to meet account goals.

Requirements

  • 3–8 years of work experience with a degree.
  • 3+ years selling software, data, or related services to the Life Sciences industries.
  • Experience from competing Life Sciences SaaS companies is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to Life Science commercial processes.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strategic account planning and execution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers.
  • Thrives in a dynamic startup environment with fast turnaround demands, flexible working hours, and the ability to take on multiple functions as needed.
