Job Responsibilities:
- As a talent acquisition expert, manage the entire recruitment lifecycle; work closely with China HR team to better execute the company's strategic.
- Responsible for full cycle recruiting process by ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience, design and implement recruiting strategies, and comply with relevant policies and regulations.
- Develop diversified sourcing channels to attract potential talents, manage job websites and recruitment platforms.
- Responsible for planning and executing all aspects of HR ,including employee relationship management, onboarding, training, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation.
- Responsible for the administrative and facility work , such as office site selection, etc.
- Assist in other assignments/projects as required by the company.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in multiple HR modules such as recruitment, compensation and benefits.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; especially good at communicating with high-level candidates.
- Eager to learn and develop, excellent team player. Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adaptable to start-up company’s culture.
- Familiar with various recruitment channels in the U.S., and familiar with U.S. labor laws & regulations, such as payroll and tax regulations.
- Familiar with HRIS system and skillful in computer usage, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
