As a talent acquisition expert, manage the entire recruitment lifecycle; work closely with China HR team to better execute the company's strategic.
Responsible for full cycle recruiting process by ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience, design and implement recruiting strategies, and comply with relevant policies and regulations.
Develop diversified sourcing channels to attract potential talents, manage job websites and recruitment platforms.
Responsible for planning and executing all aspects of HR ,including employee relationship management, onboarding, training, compensation & benefits, performance evaluation.
Responsible for the administrative and facility work , such as office site selection, etc.
Assist in other assignments/projects as required by the company.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
5+ years of experience in multiple HR modules such as recruitment, compensation and benefits.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; especially good at communicating with high-level candidates.
Eager to learn and develop, excellent team player. Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adaptable to start-up company’s culture.
Familiar with various recruitment channels in the U.S., and familiar with U.S. labor laws & regulations, such as payroll and tax regulations.
Familiar with HRIS system and skillful in computer usage, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
