You will work directly with the Founders and be part of the Founding Team to craft Accacia’s growth story. We are at an inflexion point where regulations and climate concerns mandating all real estate enterprises to craft their decarbonisation strategy.

We are seeking a Technical Leader with a strong background in SaaS and experience working with startups. This role is ideal for someone who has experience scaling startups and is looking to bring their expertise to our team.

Responsibilities:

Mentor and manage a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment. This includes conducting regular one-on-one meetings, providing feedback, and facilitating team discussions.

Independently work on development tasks and contribute to the codebase. This includes writing clean, maintainable code and conducting code reviews.

Conduct and participate in design reviews and build scalable architectures for cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. This involves designing and implementing robust, scalable systems and ensuring the system’s security and stability.

Work on web and mobile application development. This includes front-end and back-end development, API design and development, and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Should be able to assist and interlock with the product team in the complete lifecycle of the product - from scoping to delivering the requirements; MVPs to Beta/Stable Product Releases; Hotfixes Releases to Optimizations

Must look into newer technologies and stacks available to best fit for current and future challenges for growth and development

Includes driving the security best practices to meet the required code vulnerabilities SLAs

Must foster modular, re-usable, secure, scalable feature designs

You will analyse project briefs, identify risks and required resources, create work schedules, and write progress reports

Skills:

Strong Hands-on experience with Node.js, React, Nest, Next.

Must have some hand-on Experience with Python, django and/or flask framework

Knowledge of Relational and NoSQL databases such as Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, Neo4j, TSDB/Influx.

Experience with DevOps practices and tools and must have worked on docker, kubernetes, gitops

Experience with external integrations with third-party applications, both on-premises and on cloud.

Must have hands on experience in working on Cloud Services like Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services or Azure

Good to Have:

Exposure to big data pipelines and data-lake / managed table like Clickhouse

Experience in AI / LLMs / Langchains / Llama Index is a big plus

Experience:

6-8 years of experience in a similar role or field. This includes experience in a leadership role, working in a startup environment, and scaling startups
