You will be working directly with the Founders to shape Accacia’s thought leadership position and narrative in real estate decarbonization. Ideal candidate should be a creative story-teller because how we show-up matters.
About The Role (What You'll Do)
Create content to position Accacia as a thought leader for decarbonization in real estate and infrastructure sectorsWork with Founders to craft the company positioning and brand voiceResearch & analyze industry trends, climate news and market activity to constantly generate meaningful content for our customers and communityBuild and maintain relationships with press and digital influencers in climate and real estate space, and work on strategies to engage themResponsibilities (What we expect)
At least 5 years of experience in creating technical content and thought leadership materials for the real estate and infrastructure industry, preferably with a Big 4 and/or Tier-I consulting firmsA deep understanding of real estate, infrastructure and hospitality sectors, key players, and market landscape is a must.In addition, domain understanding in sustainability and climate space will be preferred.Strategic and creative storytellerExperience working with multi-disciplinary teams and co-working with press & industry bodiesRoll-up-your-sleeves attitude: we want thinkers who can also deliverA desire to work in a fast-paced and high-growth startup environment takes ownership and delivers
