You will work directly with the Founders and be part of the Founding Team to craft Accacia’s growth story. We are at an inflexion point where regulations and climate concerns require all real estate enterprises to craft their decarbonization strategy. About The Role (What You'll Do)

Will be responsible for driving SaaS product roadmap and effectiveness of product components and functions.

Will be responsible for scoping the product features according to the priority and requirements.

Will be responsible for interacting between Business Team, Architecture and Engineering Team for priority mapping, roadmap, and release planning.

Pull product usage statistics and insights and draw key metrics on user experience for future product analysis, research, and implementation.

Work on building the required product metrics and dashboards to monitor product usage and statistics.

Work on product research, competitive studies, GTM strategies, alpha-beta release, AB testing, canary flows

Find out potential value offering through market factors and user feedback

Responsibilities (What we expect)

4 - 6 years of experience in product management or product selling

Direct Experience with B2B SaaS and must be able to derive key metrics affecting SaaS product success

Have a strong experience in Product Tools like Jira, Confluence or similar products.

Driven to solve the problem and challenges through facts and incorporating them via product flows and features

Committed to planning, designing, building, releasing and optimizing product features based on the expectations of relevant stakeholders

Adapt to a fast-paced organization and build/optimize Product and Engineering processes

Experience in Sustainability, ESG and Real Estate is considered a BIG positive!
