You will work directly with the Founders and be part of the Founding Team to craft Accacia’s growth story. We are at an inflexion point where regulations and climate concerns mandating all real estate enterprises to craft their decarbonization strategy. We are looking to hire an Engineering lead for our team.

About The Role (What You'll Do)

Planning, Building, Maintaining and Optimizing the SaaS Measure Application

Must be able to build and improve the best practices for the Engineering

Participate in discussions with Product & Architecture teams for the upcoming features release, architecture changes

Scoping timelines and planning releases as per the commitments and release cycles

Conduct Code Review with the team for PR approvals

Must be available for escalations for any issues on the Cloud and Application

Should be able to contribute to software development as per the need

Responsibilities (What we expect)

Must have a strong background in designing and developing the application as a MERN full stack engineer (Nestjs is a big plus)

Must have a strong working knowledge of writing and optimizing SQL queries

Must have deployed a cloud-native application through Kubernetes and AWS – EKS with Fargate / EC2

Good familiarity with any NoSQL database such as Nodejs and Timeseries database

Familiarity with GIT and basic version control functionality

Should have familiarity with testing tools, including Manual and Automated

Must have familiarity with AWS Console, VPC, EC2, SGs, and Regions and should have managed applications through metrics & Cloudwatch
