Job Responsibilities
- Lead recruiting strategy and planning to grow diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for both immediate and future needs.
- Partner with sourcing recruiters to calibrate talent profiles, identify strong candidates, and share market insights with hiring teams to fine-tune recruiting approaches.
- Advise and coach hiring managers using your expertise in market trends and competitive intelligence.
- Own the candidate closing strategy in collaboration with hiring managers—tailoring your approach based on each candidate's background and priorities.
- Manage multiple open roles simultaneously while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Use recruiting metrics to guide decisions, improve processes, and drive efficiency.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven success in hiring top-tier technical talent
- Strong experience working with engineering leaders and senior-level candidates
- Deep commitment to inclusive hiring practices and fostering diverse teams
