Purpose of the Job

6sense is a datacentric product and as a member of the Data Analytics organization, the Data Specialist – Deal Support will serve as the POC for working with Field Teams on all data requests on new deals and data evaluations.

A Data Specialist – Deal Support is responsible for creating processes for request intake and delivery, collaborating with both field and data teams to drive efficiencies and identifying opportunities for creating self-serve tools and democratizing data.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

As a Data Specialist – Deal Support, you will be responsible for collaborating with field teams and ensuring seamless coordination on pre-sales evaluations and data requests to meet organizational goals. This role requires a combination of project management skills, data evaluation expertise, and excellent communication abilities. This position will be focused on our Deal Support Request (DSR) program.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Development:

  • Develop and implement processes within this program to optimize deal support operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify automation and standardization opportunities to evolve the program

Request Management and Support:

  • Act as a liaison between the data and field teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment and execute on DSRs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand data evaluation requests from prospects and clients
  • Coordinate with product teams on upcoming releases to ensure new product and data features are supported
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity and compliance with relevant regulations (GDPR, internal 6sense compliance etc.)
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, keeping requests on track and within scope.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for field operations and data evaluation processes.
  • Generate regular reports on program progress, key performance indicators, and other relevant metrics.
  • Present findings and insights to internal stakeholders and external prospects as needed.

Performance Measurement

  • Execution and delivery of tasks and projectMaintain documentation and follow operational processes
  • Timely communication and SLA on pager duty requests
  • Conceptualize and execute medium term initiatives within feature/product area

Person Specification

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (business or technical) or equivalent practical experience required OR a business focused masters degree (MBA/MS)
  • Minimum of 2 years of business analyst experience with 3+ years of program management experience
  • Hands-on experience of SQL
